✔️ 200g pork, sliced thinly
✔️ 200g shrimp, peeled and deveined
✔️ 100g liver, sliced thinly (optional)

Sauce & Seasoning:

✔️ 3 cloves garlic, minced
✔️ 1 small onion, sliced
✔️ 1 ½ tbsp soy sauce
✔️ 1 tbsp oyster sauce
✔️ 1 ½ cups chicken broth or water
✔️ 1 tbsp cornstarch dissolved in 3 tbsp water (for thickening)
✔️ ½ tsp salt
✔️ ½ tsp ground black pepper
✔️ 1 tbsp cooking oil

Step 1: Sauté the Aromatics

1️⃣ Heat oil in a wok or large pan over medium heat.
2️⃣ Sauté garlic and onion until fragrant.

Step 2: Cook the Protein

3️⃣ Add the chicken, pork, or liver and cook until lightly browned.
4️⃣ If using shrimp, add it last and cook until pink (about 2 minutes).

Step 3: Add Vegetables & Sauce

5️⃣ Pour in chicken broth, soy sauce, and oyster sauce. Stir well.
6️⃣ Add carrots, young corn, and cauliflower. Cover and cook for 3 minutes.
7️⃣ Add broccoli, bell peppers, and snow peas. Cook for another 3 minutes.
8️⃣ Stir in cabbage and let it cook for 1 minute.

Step 4: Thicken & Serve

9️⃣ Pour in the cornstarch slurry and mix until the sauce thickens.
