- Visit any Palawan Pawnshop branch or Palawan Express Pera Padala outlet.
- Complete the Send Money Form by entering the required information, which includes the sender’s full name, mobile number, receiver’s full name, recipient’s mobile number, the reason for the transaction, and your relationship to the recipient.
- Place the accomplished form and a valid ID on the tray provided at the branch counter before handing it to the branch associate.
- Wait for your name to be called before paying the principal remittance and the corresponding amount of fee.
- Sign and receive your copy of the computer-generated Send Money Form.
- You will receive a text message notifying you that the remittance is ready to be claimed.

- Fill out the Receive Money Form that will require you to provide the following information: complete Sender’s Name, complete Receiver’s Name, PEPP Transaction Code, amount of remittance, the purpose of the transaction, and relationship to Sender.
